U. Ashwin Patel joined The QDRO Company in 2018 to assist with the drafting and review of domestic relations orders. Attorney Patel has over 25 years of experience representing clients who are going through the divorce process, drafting orders and overseeing the QDRO/EDRO process on behalf of her clients.

 

Attorney Patel holds a certificate in civil and domestic mediation and has completed the ICLE Family Law Certificate Program. She is a past president of the Washtenaw County Bar Association and past chair of the Washtenaw County Bar Association’s Family Law Section.

Ms. Patel is licensed to practice law in the state of Michigan, the state of Colorado, and the U. S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
